Maintain an active NMLS license and demonstrate consistent ability to generate agent-based referrals. Currently licensed or eligible for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 annually based on performance. Defined purchase partnerships with Windermere Real Estate and dedicated deal desk support provide a structured platform for sustained production.
Required Qualifications
- Active NMLS License in good standing
- Experience with purchase-focused residential mortgage origination
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate and maintain agent-based referral business
- Currently licensed or eligible for licensing in CA, WA, OR, UT, or ID
