Job Summary
Lead Home Lending Risk strategic initiatives by translating senior leadership priorities and emerging risks into actionable strategies, execution plans, and success measures. Advance mortgage and real-estate risk governance by partnering with Firmwide stakeholders to coordinate critical risk forums, support scenario planning, and prepare periodic senior management updates. Drive strategic planning and performance management by owning planning cycles, tracking progress against priorities, and managing headcount, expense, and budget processes. Shape executive-level messaging by developing concise, decision-oriented materials for senior leadership routines and governance forums. Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear priorities, coaching Vice Presidents and Associates, and maintaining strong quality control across deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business management, business analysis, consulting, strategy and/or risk management with a proven record of high performance in financial services
- Deep understanding of consumer financial services
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated bias for action
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex ideas into executive-ready narratives and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
- Ability to manage conflict
- Ability to drive alignment across multiple functions and senior stakeholders
- Strong operational management capabilities
- Ability to turn findings into executable plans/roadmaps
- Ability to drive delivery against tight deadlines
- Proven people leadership skills

- Bachelor's Degree required
