Job Summary
As part of Organizational Effectiveness and Oversight, you will serve as Employee Readiness Manager embedded in an agile product team to drive change readiness for Home Lending initiatives. Responsibilities include leading change-management activities, coordinating training and communications, ensuring system access and post-implementation support, translating complex topics into clear communications for senior leaders, and guiding end-to-end readiness and project management of the change lifecycle. Required skills include strong change-management knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while adapting to shifting priorities. The role emphasizes customer- and employee-centric approaches, liaison work between teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and procedural requirements. Location is Tempe, AZ, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a project management role
