Job Summary
Home Lending FP&A Lead at JPMorganChase focusing on forecasting, modeling, and strategic financial analysis. Lead ownership and optimization of seven Home Lending Qualitative Methodologies (QMs), CCAR processes support, model enhancements, and back testing; maintain technical documentation; coordinate with Model Risk Governance; deliver management review presentations with clear financial narratives; analyze business drivers and strategic initiatives; manage projects and coordinate with External Reporting, Investor Relations, and Corporate Financial Analysis; contribute to ad hoc projects. Requires strong financial modeling, Excel/PowerPoint, communication, and leadership skills; preferred Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience in profit & loss and balance sheet drivers; experience with FRAME and Essbase.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Robust understanding of financial modeling principles and best practices
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the consolidation, review, analysis, and presentation of financials
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Self-starter who is driven to excel and initiate improvements
