Job Summary
Develop AI-powered Home Lending Data & Analytics solutions by writing production-grade Python code, deploying and scaling AI models to production, and fine-tuning models for performance. Collaborate with Data Owners, Reporting, Analysis, and Modeling teams to solve complex AI/ML and data analytics problems (including generative AI technologies), integrate AI solutions into existing systems, own the code lifecycle from development to production, and produce clear technical documentation. Monitor AI performance, engage stakeholders to demonstrate and iterate on deliverables, and ensure alignment with analyst needs and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of work experience
- Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics
- Proven track record of delivering projects in the AI/ML and data analytics space
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with foundation LLMs (e.g., GPT-5, Claude), RAG, Agents
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices, including version control, testing, and code optimization
- Technical documentation experience preferred
