Job Summary
Home Lending Operations Manager I will analyze and resolve project-related issues, document and maintain procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance, identify and implement process improvements to drive continuous enhancements, manage policy communication, assess risks and implement controls, collaborate with key business partners to develop solutions, lead and coach a team, and drive customer service excellence in mortgage operations. The role requires strong mortgage operations knowledge, regulatory awareness, and project management skills, with a focus on building alignment across functions and developing employees.
Required Qualifications
- Five years’ experience in Mortgage Lending – specifically Correspondent Lending or Post Closing
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Government guidelines preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Project Management
- Knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System a plus
