Job Summary
Provide front-line support in Chase Home Lending as a Home Lending Assistant, collaborating with Home Lending Advisors to process inquiries, prequalifications, complete applications, request documentation, review files, manage the loan pipeline, coordinate submissions/closings with realtors/builders, and assist in marketing to buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders while upholding regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- A minimum of four years’ work experience in mortgage loan processing
- Intermediate computer skills (familiar with MS Office products or similar software)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written/oral communication
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to demonstrate control, flexibility, and maintain quality and high productivity when dealing with customers and changing work demand
