Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive compliance inspections of residential properties, identifying safety hazards and structural defects on the interior and exterior. Evaluate structural integrity, water quality, electrical, and plumbing systems while communicating with realtors, homeowners, or potential buyers to facilitate repairs. Provide regular inspection progress updates and relay detailed findings to clients in a timely manner. Document processes and maintain records while staying informed on construction regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Visiting residential properties to conduct comprehensive compliance inspections
- Identifying safety hazards and structural defects on the interior and exterior of the properties
- Inspecting structural integrity, water quality, as well as electrical and plumbing systems
- Communicating with realtors, homeowners, or potential buyers to facilitate repairs and improvements
- Providing clients or other stakeholders with regular inspection progress updates
- Relaying detailed inspection findings to clients in a timely manner
- Documenting processes and maintaining records
- Keeping informed on construction regulations
