Home Inspector

We are seeking a Licensed Home Inspector responsible for conducting residential home inspections in accordance with Massachusetts standards of practice. You will perform comprehensive property inspections, assess structural and mechanical components, and conduct pre-purchase, pre-listing, and maintenance inspections. Candidates must have an Active Massachusetts Home Inspector License and NHIE certification, along with a strong understanding of building materials and construction methods. The role requires excellent observational skills, strong communication abilities to convey findings clearly, and the ability to work independently in the field.
