Job Summary
Home Inspector position across Western WA (Seattle metro and East Side) requiring a WA license. Responsibilities include conducting thorough home inspections with advanced tools (drones, IR cameras, moisture meters, mold kits, sewer equipment), producing comprehensive reports, communicating findings clearly to clients, coordinating with real estate agents, staying current with industry standards, and completing inspections efficiently using streamlined software. Opportunities include training, ongoing education, and potential mold/air quality testing expansion. Must have a WA State Home Inspector License (or in process) and a valid driver's license. Physical inspections and travel to multiple WA locations are expected; weekends may be required.
