Job Summary
Capture critical property data and create immersive 360° tours using Asteroom's mobile apps and cutting-edge equipment. Perform work in client homes while adhering to professional dress codes and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You must possess a driver's license, an EIN or operate under an LLC, and pass an independently paid background check. Compensation is $75 per assignment plus mileage and complexity bonuses, with flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, including weekends as needed. This role supports Asteroom's expansion in 3D virtual tours and property data collection for real estate clients.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography
- 12+ months of demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor
- Ability to travel and work in client homes
- Ability and willingness to pass an independently paid background check
- Solid understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and relevant industry knowledge
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes while on site
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driver's License
