Job Summary
Licensed Home Inspectors sought to join Asteroom as Property Data Collectors to capture property data and create immersive 360° property tours using our mobile applications. The role centers on applying home inspection skills to document properties, support 360° tours, and contribute to property data collection within a flexible, on-the-road environment. Independent contractor status with compensation per assignment plus mileage is offered; travel to client homes is required and a background check is required. Requires the ability to operate mobile applications, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Home Inspector preferred
- Independent contractor (1099) status
- Driver’s License
- Ability to travel to client homes
- Pass independently paid background check
