Job Summary
Capture critical property data and create immersive 360° virtual tours using Asteroom's mobile apps and cutting-edge equipment. Perform inspections and data collection in client homes while adhering to dress codes and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a licensed home inspector or equivalent experience in real estate, data collection, or photography, with the ability to travel and pass a background check. Compensation is $75 per assignment plus mileage, with flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday. Comprehensive virtual preparation resources and ongoing education are provided to support skill development.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography
- 12+ months of demonstrated exceptional customer service
- Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor
- Ability to travel and work in client homes
- Ability and willingness to pass an independently paid background check
- Solid understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and relevant industry knowledge
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes while on site
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driver's License
