Job Summary
Perform residential inspections meeting AmeriSpec standards, assessing the condition of homes for clients while climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and accessing crawl spaces and attics. Work weekdays, including some evenings and weekends, in various weather conditions. Maintain meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills throughout the inspection process. AmeriSpec Inspection Services provides all necessary equipment, training through the AmeriSpec Academy, and handles marketing and scheduling. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to undergo a background check.
