Home Infusion RN - Independent Contractor (Pearce, AZ)

In-home infusion RN provides in-home infusion therapy visits, patient education, and care coordination for therapies such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics. Responsible for documenting interventions, developing care plans with skilled interventions and necessary services, conducting initial and periodic assessments, and acting as a liaison between patients, families, and the pharmacy to ensure adherence and seamless therapy. Requires RN licensure, home infusion experience, familiarity with IVIG/IV biologics, documentation skills, and strong communication abilities; per diem independent contractor role with flexible hours and remote-ready administrative duties.
