Job Summary
RN with expertise in home infusion therapy to provide in-home infusion treatments (e.g., TPN, IVIG, IV biologics) and patient education. Responsibilities include conducting in-home visits, documenting interventions, coordinating with pharmacy and care teams, educating patients and families on therapy protocols and adherence, performing periodic assessments, developing and updating care plans, and ensuring accurate records. Requires strong nursing knowledge, clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage patient expectations; per diem Independent Contractor with locations in Bucyrus, Cortland, and Wooster, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN state license.
- 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
- 2+ years of experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics; CRNI certification preferred.
- Current CPR and BLS (Red Cross and AHA) certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
