Job Summary
Provide in-home infusion therapy visits as a Registered Nurse with expertise in home infusion, including therapy such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics. Deliver both in-person clinical care and telephone education, assess patient needs, develop and modify care plans, document interventions, and serve as a liaison among patients, families, and the pharmacy to ensure adherence and optimal outcomes. Role requires 2+ years of home infusion experience, RN licensure, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation; CRNI certification is preferred. Per diem Independent Contractor with two positions available, performing in-home visits and educational support in patients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN state license
- 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers
- 2+ Experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics
- CRNI certification (preferred)
- Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy for both adult and pediatric patients
- Current CPR and BLS (Red Cross and AHA) certification
