Home Infusion RN - Independent Contractor (Colorado)

RN with home infusion expertise to provide in-home infusion therapy and patient education in Colorado (independent contractor). Responsibilities include conducting in-home infusion visits, preparing nursing notes, acting as a clinical resource with pharmacy, managing drug interactions and side effects, educating patients on therapy protocols and adherence, coordinating with family and physician, performing comprehensive assessments, developing and revising care plans, and ensuring accurate records. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to triage patient needs, and current CPR/BLS certification; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Areas served include Colorado Springs, Denver, Moffat, and Fort Collins. Involves per diem, flexible hours and independent contractor status.
