Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator | Remote

Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator (Remote) responsible for managing home infusion billing and reimbursement workflows, accounts receivable and payor collections (not patient collections), and resolution of complex claims/denials. Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA/billing regulations compliance, while collaborating cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy and turnaround. Requires 2+ years of home infusion billing experience, 2+ years in reimbursement/AR/payor collections, experience with front-end billing and claims resolution, strong HIPAA knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with Brightree or similar systems and a background in complex infusion claims; track record of meeting or exceeding billing/collection metrics.
