Home Infusion Registered Nurse (PRN)

Conduct in-home infusion therapy by administering IV and injectable medications, performing pre-treatment assessments, and monitoring patients for adverse reactions. Manage pharmacy operations through quality control, inventory management, and medication order preparation while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on medication protocols and provide post-infusion guidance for managing side effects or emergencies. Collaborate with the nursing team and pharmacists to coordinate care plans and support insurance verification processes. Travel up to two hours to patient residences in Effingham, IL, working 5–10 hours per week as a PRN role.
