Job Summary
Part-time Home Infusion Registered Nurse in Bronx, NY. Under supervision, administer IV or subcutaneous infusions and injections at patients’ homes, perform assessments and education, document care, and manage pharmacy and nursing records. Travel up to 2 hours from Bronx; minimum 24–30 hours per week on average (minimum 30 hours for benefits). Collaborate with pharmacists and clinicians, ensure safety protocols and inventory management, and support immunoglobulin therapy delivery with IgCN mentorship program as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (RN) in NY
- 2 years RN experience_required
- Accessing PIV lines and Ports, maintaining PICC lines: 1 year (Required)
- Infusion experience in hospital or Home Health setting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Drug screen clearance prior to employment
