Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in the home infusion setting, administering IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitoring patients during treatment, and performing ongoing assessments. Per diems work with flexibility; responsibilities include proficiency in medication administration, strong clinical and assessment skills, and collaboration with a clinical team. Must hold an active RN license, valid driver’s license, and BLS certification; Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged. Pay rate determined by experience; interview process includes phone screen and virtual interview with a clinical leader.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
- Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
