Home Infusion Nursing Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee coordination of nursing care for new home infusion patients, supervise and develop field nursing staff, and ensure compliance with state Home Health Regulations and ACHC Standards. Build and maintain relationships with patients, home health agencies, and referral sources; collaborate with intake, clinical pharmacists, sales, and administrative teams; lead performance improvement initiatives, chart audits, and documentation quality, and support DON in staffing, orientation, and staff development. Lead case conferences, ensure accurate medical records, and coordinate on-call coverage and interdepartmental operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current and unrestricted registered nurse licensed in the state of practice
- BSN and/or Public Health Nurse Certificate preferred
- Active driver’s license and ability to provide current auto insurance
- Current BLS/CPR card
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a registered nurse in a home health agency, home infusion pharmacy or its equivalent
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience in a health care setting required if mandated by state regulations
