Job Summary
Deliver immune globulin infusion therapies directly to the patient in the comfort of their home, providing personalized one-on-one care visits and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan. Perform IVIg infusions of 40 gm Privigen over approximately five hours, including prep time, utilizing a Curlin Pump and PIV access. Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners. Prioritize morning appointments on Tuesdays as per patient preference. Maintain an active, unencumbered nursing license, current BLS certification, and IVIg experience. Possess a valid driver's license, proof of liability insurance, and a clear background check.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- IVIg experience
- In-home infusion experience
- A valid driver's license
- Proof of liability insurance
- Access to a vehicle for business-related travel
- A clear background check
