Home Infusion Nurse - PRN

Deliver immune globulin infusion therapies directly to the patient in the comfort of their home, providing personalized, one-on-one care visits and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan. Perform IVIg infusions of GammaGARD Liq 10% Vial, 45 gm, intravenously once daily for two days every month, utilizing a Curlin Pump with PIV access. Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners while leveraging clinical IV expertise to make a meaningful impact within the home environment.
