Job Summary
As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you will deliver life-saving IV infusion medications in patients' homes, ensuring safe administration while partnering with pharmacists and care teams. Responsibilities include documenting patient assessments, treatments, serving as the primary contact for patient care coordination, and demonstrating autonomy in clinical decision-making. The role requires an active RN license, a minimum of two years RN experience with at least one year in critical or acute care, proficiency in IV techniques, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region
- Ability to do multiple patient visits per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs
Additional Requirements
