Job Summary
Home Infusion Registered Nurse delivers IV infusion medications to patients in their homes, partners with pharmacists and care teams, and documents assessments and progress to maintain patient records. Requires active RN license, 2+ years RN experience with at least 1 year in critical/acute/home healthcare, IV insertion proficiency, valid driver's license, and ability to travel; role involves in-home patient visits with some evenings/weekends and per diem scheduling. Preferred BSN and experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy. Internet connectivity requirements apply if working from home occasionally. Emnorth/Evernorth/Cigna Group affiliation.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region
- Ability to do multiple patient visits per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed
