Job Summary
Deliver life-changing care as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, providing safe administration of IV infusion medications in patients’ homes. Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure comprehensive patient care, perform clinical assessments, document treatments accurately, and maintain communication with patients and care teams. Requires active RN license, significant nursing experience, and IV proficiency. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region
- Ability to do multiple patient visits per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs
Additional Requirements
