Home Infusion Nurse - Evernorth - Orlando, FL

Deliver home IV infusion medications to patients in their homes, collaborating with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being. Conduct assessments, document treatments and progress in patient records, and serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination. Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes while traveling within a large geographic region. Requires an active Florida RN license, 2+ years of RN experience (including 1+ year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare), proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques, and the ability to travel. 40-hour workweeks with availability for evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred qualifications include a BSN and experience with infusion therapy programs.
