Provide safe and effective administration of IV infusion medications in patients' homes while partnering with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being. Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records and serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination. Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes. Requires an active RN license, minimum two years of RN experience, and at least one year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare. Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques is essential, along with a valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region. Availability for a 40-hour workweek including evenings and weekends is required. If working at home occasionally or permanently, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload must be obtained.
