Home Infusion Nurse - Accredo - Des Moines, IA

Provide safe and effective administration of IV infusion medications in patients’ homes, collaborating with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being. Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records, and serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination. Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes while delivering care in a home infusion setting. Requires active RN license, 2+ years RN experience (including at least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare), proficiency in IV insertion/infusion techniques, a valid driver’s license, and availability for a 40-hour workweek including evenings and weekends; travel within a large geographic region. Preferred BSN and experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy. If working from home, broadband internet with at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload is required.
