Job Summary
Conduct presentations to demonstrate product benefits and explain features that stand out over competing brands. Discover customer needs and offer solutions through company services or products, becoming an expert source for information on windows, siding, and exterior remodeling. Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Must have experience with Sunrise Windows and James Hardie siding, plus knowledge of MassSave, Energy Code, and building science. Valid driver's license with clean record required. Full-time role with self-determined schedule and salary/commission package negotiable.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience with Sunrise Windows and James Hardie siding.
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record.
- Prior home improvement industry experience.
- Knowledge of exterior remodeling products (windows, doors, patio doors, garage doors, roofing, siding, gutters).
- Knowledge of MassSave program and Energy Code.
- Knowledge of building science.
