Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate current spaces, design customized shower and bath remodeling projects, and present investment and financing options. Guide clients through the purchasing decision and close sales on projects ranging from $10,000 to $30,000 or more. This full-time W-2 role includes no cold calling or self-generated prospecting, relying instead on company-scheduled appointments. Candidates must be available during the day, evening, and on Saturdays, possessing a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a personal iPad for design software. Uncapped commission earnings are paid biweekly, with front-end and back-end payouts. The position offers health and dental insurance, structured training, and professional presentation materials.
