Job Summary
Own end-to-end home-improvement sales process—from prospecting and qualification to presentation and close. Generate your own pipeline, run sales appointments (in-person or virtual), deliver proposals and pricing, handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals while maintaining CRM accuracy. Requires discipline, resilience, and a true closer mindset to consistently meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced, independent role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle or closing sales roles
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly accountable
- Comfortable prospecting, following up, and closing deals
