Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes while working independently in the field as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team. Maintain electronic charting and manage case details for patients under your supervision. This full-time role requires Monday through Friday hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and includes a valid New York RN license with at least two years of patient care experience. Required Qualifications
