Job Summary
Conduct home visits to end-of-life patients to provide compassionate care for those living with serious illnesses. Maintain valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel, with mileage reimbursement. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm, with weekend call rotation (one weekend every eight weeks) paid in addition to regular hours.
