Job Summary
Provide direct care to patients in the Home Hospice Program in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Northeast Philadelphia areas. Per-diem CNA with hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; paid mileage and a $2 weekend shift differential. Responsibilities include meeting the social, physical, recreational, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients in home hospice, and supporting a wide range of patient care activities as part of a care team.
Required Qualifications
- Active C.N.A License in Pennsylvania
