Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support while helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Ensure client safety by assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors, and accompany clients to medical appointments or errands. Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in accordance with care plans. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver preferred.
