Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support while helping with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Ensure client safety by assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, and monitor health, behavior, or condition changes to report to supervisors. Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands as needed. Maintain accurate care logs and documentation in accordance with care plans. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
