Home Health Weekend RN

Weekend on-call RN (Home Health) available Friday 4:30 pm through Monday 8:00 am to cover as-needed visits and scheduled weekend visits including admissions. On-call stipend plus pay per visit. Responsible for assessing patient health problems, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, coordinating with physicians and other team members, documenting observations, providing education to clients and families on home health procedures, and assisting with examinations or treatments. Licensing/registration required; prior home health experience preferred; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
