Home Health Visits Registered Nurse Lead Preceptor

Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs by providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and collaborating with the Clinical Manager to ensure ongoing staff competencies. Maintain a small caseload of patients while performing assigned duties of the RN Case Manager, including administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions, report changes, follow up on doctors' orders, and perform client assessments as necessary. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. Requires a current Massachusetts RN license, accredited nursing program graduation, and minimum one year of recent Medicare Certified Home Health experience.
