Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, and surrounding areas, following designated care plans and administering medications, wound care, and treatments. Perform client assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers while accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations via touch pad tablet. Manage case coordination and execute doctor's orders as required. Requires current Massachusetts RN license with prior sub-acute or acute experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior clinical experience as a licensed RN, in a sub-acute or acute environment
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
