Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to adult and geriatric clients across Anne Arundel County, performing thorough evaluations of functional status, muscle function, and cognitive skills. Develop individualized intervention plans based on assessments of motor aspects and home environment hazards, while identifying necessary equipment adaptations. Continually revise care plans in collaboration with nursing staff and educate patients or family members on rehabilitative activities to promote independent living. Accurately document all observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. Full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities available with base pay ranging from $53.00 to $68.00 per point.
Required Qualifications
- A current MD Occupational Therapist license
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Solid computer skills
