Job Summary
Conduct home health speech therapy services for clients in Sacramento County, including assessment, intervention planning, and delivery of therapy sessions. Maintain licensure as a speech-language pathologist by the State, complete 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum if applicable, and perform at least 9 months of supervised full-time SLP services post-degree. Hold current BLS/CPR certification and a valid California Driver's license. Requires a master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology with a minimum of one year's clinical experience and successful completion of an approved national examination.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses a master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology (SLP)
- Is licensed as a speech language pathologist by the State in which the individual furnishes such service
- Must successfully completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum
- Performed not less than 9 months of supervised full-time SLP services after obtaining a master's or doctoral degree in SLP or a related field
- Successfully completed an approved national examination in SLP
- A minimum of one year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid CA Driver's license
