Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals. Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes while educating families on communication techniques and safe swallowing practices. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Complete timely clinical documentation using WellSky. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, professional independence, and one-on-one patient care without crowded departments. Required Qualifications
- Active Washington, DC Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
