Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in homes or facilities. Administer diagnostic tests including audio logic screening, observe patient responses, and submit written reports detailing evaluations, care plans, and progress. Participate in Plan of Treatment reviews, care coordination, and discharge planning while instructing patients and families on alternative communication systems. Maintain confidential documentation and adhere to professional conduct standards. Requires current unrestricted license, six months experience, and valid driver's license. Base pay ranges from $93,900 to $129,300 annually for full-time roles.
