Job Summary
Perform speech-language and swallowing evaluations, develop individualized Plans of Care, and provide skilled therapy interventions in patients' homes. Assess home environments for safety, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in case conferences. Complete compliant clinical documentation, educate patients and caregivers on strategies, and supervise home health aides when applicable. Earn $110-150 per visit plus $45/hour for training with flexible scheduling. Requires an active California SLP license, Master's degree, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Speech–Language Pathologist license
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CPR certification
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
