Home Health Speech Language Pathologist-PRN

Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in homes or facilities. Administer diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, including audio logic screenings, while assessing disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. Participate in developing and reviewing Plans of Treatment and Care, observe patient progress, and submit documentation, reports, and care coordination activities as required. Provide instruction to patients and families on alternative communication systems and counsel healthcare staff. Maintain strict confidentiality and coordinate discharge planning. Requires current unrestricted license, CPR certification, and valid driver's license. Per diem schedule with pay of $54.00–$76.00 per visit.
