Home Health Speech Language Pathologist-PRN

Evaluate, direct, and provide speech and language pathology services to patients in homes and facilities. Administer diagnostic tests, interpret results, and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. Develop, review, and submit Plans of Treatment and Care while documenting patient progress, alternative communication systems, and discharge planning activities. Report changes in condition to supervisors and physicians, maintaining strict confidentiality and professional conduct. Requires a current unrestricted license, CPR certification, and valid driver's license with auto insurance. Pay ranges from $85,400 to $117,500 annually, with benefits including paid time off, 401(k), and an employee assistance program.
