Home Health Speech Language Pathologist-PRN

Evaluate, direct, and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in homes or facilities. Administer diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, including audio logic screenings, while assessing disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing. Participate in developing and reviewing treatment plans, observe patient responses, and report changes to supervisors and physicians. Provide instruction to patients and families on alternative communication systems and maintain confidential documentation of evaluations, visits, and care coordination activities. Requires current ASHA certification, six months of speech therapy experience, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Pay range is $76,900 to $105,800 annually.
